So, what's everyone doing this long weekend? Any special plans? We went to the Palmerston Festival yesterday. It was...meh. There were a few booths, a few food stalls, and a makeshift arena for entertainment ie. school bands. We ended up leaving after about 15 minutes and headed to Hungry Jacks, which has a really good playground for Jason. Today we're going to do a big shop. Woopee! :mrgreen:

I was thinkin' of going to that Palmerston Festival but decided against it because I didn't want to waste the petrol especially with it at 1.40 a litre.. sounds like it's a good thing we didn't go. Other than that no plans whatsoever.. oh.. might go to Amart Sports or whatever it's called Dane needs to get some tent "swag" thing for when he goes in July |

Okay okay... I went out last night and got a bit sloshed as it were. he he he As you can see, however, I'm up and at 'em bright and early this fine Sunday morning. he he he Other than that, I'll be working on my new show... tough work. Yikes!!! |

Well as im not in Australia so no day off for me, but how rude am i ? I forgot all about he Queens Birthday :headscratch: is this a sign that i am settled a bit. I do hope eveyone had/has a great weekend! |

Unfortunately, we in Perth don't celebrate the Queen's birthday until October! We did have last Monday off for Foundation Day, though, and my husband and I went camping and off-roading along the Murray River in Dwellingup with a couple of his coworkers. It was darn cold, but we had fun!

We went to Port Lincoln for an orienteering weekend. Found out Caleb does NOT like being in the car that long (10 hours). So next time we have a long drive like that we'll be doing it over 2 days. But I won my course both days, not hard as I was the only one entered in my category! |
