I'm revisiting this topic because I've found a great source for undergarments: Lisa's Lacies! They're based in Melbourne, but they ship all over. And the best part? They don't just sell things for stick bandits! They carry things in sizes 10 and up, and they apparently sell some Victoria's Secret items as well. They're service is also excellent.

So yeah. Hope that helps everyone. ;)

Oooooh, thank you for that link! I've been buying things from Lane Bryant and having them shipped to my parents house too!

Err, are bra sizes different here than in the states? :headscratch:

I did check out a "My Size" but didn't care for their quality of clothes, hrm. Haven't checked out a City Chic yet. Andrew's mum sent me a catalog from a place she likes called Autograps. From what I've seen, it looks to be very similar to a Lane Bryant's.

I don't know why I feel I need to add this, but I just have to.....

......I hate Victoria Secret!

And here is why......I recently had a breast reduction and the rare occasion that I braved going into the store before the reduction I was snubbed by the staff, I guess that they figured there would be nothing to fit my 38G cups! But after the reduction when I need to get some nice 38C's they are all over me like a rash. That just cemented in my mind that I would vitto their store FOREVER! :$

Ok rant over, you may continue with your very civil conversation :#

With Australian sizing, all you do is take your normal number size and halve it. For example: If you're a US size 24C, you're an Australian size 12C here. I'm not sure why they do it that way, but yeah. At least it's not completely different like shoe sizes in Europe. (I do NOT like the idea of me wearing a size 42 shoe!)

Oh, also...City Chic is all right, but everything is made of either that cheap polyester stretch material or that thin-arse cotton stretch material. Style wise, they're quite young and trendy. However, if you wouldn't be caught dead outside the house without sleeves (as I wouldn't), then you're best to shop elsewhere. Autograph is also pretty decent, but not as young and trendy as City Chic. To be perfectly honest, I have yet to find a decent plus size clothing retailer here. I get all my stuff from Old Navy, Lane Bryant, and Kiyonna via eBay sellers. That is...when I actually have money to spend on myself. :((

Good advice, thanks! I hate going anywhere sleeveless. I just won't do it. If I find something I really like that's sleeveless, I'll usually end up pairing it with a light sweater or hoodie.
