"No day but today." Posts: 3,083 Group: Alumni Staff Member #65 Joined: Feb 18, 2007 I come from... Eugene, Oregon I now live in... Melbourne's East I'm planning to move to... No where to my knowledge.	Nick and I got a house!!! We are SOOOOOOOOOOO happy! This house has literally everything we've been wanting in a house. It's in a beautiful, woodsy area, it has an open fireplace, beautiful wooden cathedral ceilings, split-level (which I LOVE for some reason), two bathrooms, and a big backyard for "the kids". This is such a HUGE relief! I feel like this massive weight has been lifted from my shoulders. I can't wait to get things all officially settled and move in! I finally have my OWN home, where I can paint and decorate and do whatever the hell I want. That is such a FANTASTIC thing to say! Here are some pictures. More to come as I'm able to take them! No where to my knowledge.	Thanks, everyone! Nick and I celebrated last night by cracking open a bottle of sparking wine. I celebrated too hard. The house is in one of the outer-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It's very woodsy and tranquil out there. That's DEFINITELY a welcome change. The area we live in now (Doncaster) is so crowded and noisy, and there are hardly any trees. It'll be so nice to get away from all of this and only have to be exposed to city life when we go to work or when we choose to visit it. Right now, I'm trying to get all of the various things we need to do organised. I'm a bit nervous about all that, but happy at the same time. At least I no longer have that massive weight on my shoulders like before. Our settlement date is 24 October, so we should be all moved in not too terribly long after that! I'm excited!
