We have Parmalat Zymil here for lactose free milk - it's available in the grocery (box milk) as well as the dairy sections (fresh). I drank it for years and thought the world of it, too. It doesn't help my nose though, and the doctor told me it wasn't enough. I had to cut out dairy altogether. The fresh stuff tastes better than the UHT stuff, though. ;) It even comes in full-cream now! I missed out. lol

Right. With a milk allergy you're reacting to the protein in the milk, which is different from lactose intolerance. Which is why goat milk often will work for those allergic to cow's milk, it has a smaller, less allergenic protein (made for 6-lb babies, while cow's milk is made for 100-lb babies).

I have allergies to seafood...however, that was when I was younger...not sure if I still am or not. Not a big deal, as I do not eat it anyways.

The whole bloating feeling/abdo pain.... I get that a lot. It is very uncomfortable. Personally, I think it is IBS.....I have a lot of symptoms of that, but have not been to the doctor for it.
