Someone told me that if you have 2 of the same sex....chances are high the third child will be the same sex.......so I guess boy! Hubby had 3 girls before having a son and then back to a girl again. |

Yeah you would think I have all the boy things, however, not really I sold all my baby everything while in the states before I came over here :waah: so this child will be like have a brand new baby, I mean the age difference from my youngest and this new one will be 6 years!!! hehehe Mike and I have already thought this through and decided since this one is so much younger than our other two, if it was a boy (which it is) we will have one more child so that this one won't feel like an only child in his later years so, for me that gives me yet one more chance for a girl!!! LOL I told mike we are going to make him spend good money on doing some kind of gender picking package off the internet!!! :lurve: :lurve: I know this sounds silly, but I have all brothers and a TomBoy Mother, I neeeeeeeed a girl around here!!! LOL Anyway, I am ranting on and on and on so forgive me and thank you all again for your wonderful comments

Wow you are a saint. I always say, as much as I want to have a girl, if i have 2 boys one day I won't try for a girl as a 3rd child. Because I'd rather have 2 boys than 3!
My boyfirend is the oldest of 4 boys and the stories he tells me of things him and his brothers did as kids... well... lets just say it makes me PRAY for a girl. But then i also see how girls are (especially as teenagers) and that's kind of scary too. I guess I'll just get what I get when the time comes. And I do love my nephew more than anything (well- he's on an equal level with my niece) so I have lots of experience with boys and I'd be happy to have one (just probably not more than 2)

Jen, Congrats on the verdict. I guessed boy only because I thought of myself and when I got pregger with my 3rd and found out it was a girl, again that the chance of a boy was greater than a girl. We decided not to go for a 4th because we figured it would be another girl and we could barely handle the 3. hehe Also, you are so kind to think of your new son enough to have another child so he wouldn't be "alone"/"only child". I guess having four boys doesn't scare me too much since I have four younger brothers and they're all great
I think more than anything else it is the longing to have a daughter that keeps pushing me on, however, 4 boys would be, for sure, my limit!!! AND you can all quote me on it in a few years should I end up with 4 boys and get that girl craving again!!!! :mrgreen: Someone better hit me on the head before I even think of having another one after 4 boys should that happen to me!!!! :rollin: :rollin: And... as far as the name Hayden Matthew, you can all laugh at me at all the brain washing my husband has been doing while we were still in the states (my husband lives and breathes Cricket and especially the Aussie Team), since the famous Cricketer, named Matthew Hayden, had nothing to do with my choosing the name. (or did it???) only after the fact of picking the name did I say to Mike, what do you think of switching the names around and having it Mathew Hayden, did Mike and I start howling in laughter that we had conveniently disguised an Aussie Cricketer's name for out child's name, Subconsciously even!!!! :rollin: :rofl: :rollin: :rofl: :rollin: :rofl: Anyway, I thought you would all get a laugh out of that Blessings to you all Sincerely, |
