Also, the set-up fee was $5.00, and there is no annual fee. This is for the Standard option which is "Best for one-time or occasional use to receive merchandise and parcels". Obviously the shipping charges decrease if you get the more expensive plans, but it won't make much of a difference if you only use it occasionally. The charges for the Standard option are as follows: 0.5 lbs (0.2 kg) - $39.48 1.0 lbs (0.5 kg) - $47.94 2.0 lbs (0.9 kg) - $52.85 5.0 lbs (2.3 kg) - $85.35 10.0 lbs (4.5 kg) - $124.32 You can also opt into the "Personal Shopper" program, which I believe is where they basically set you up with an American credit card number so you can purchase from the American-only online shops.
