I never get a cruddy exchange rate (although the current rate is cruddy anyways). If that's the rate your bank is giving you, then that is indeed very good.

I think it has more to do with the $USD slowly becoming worthless. One more rate cut and it will be a bad rate for a long time. I still have to say HSBC is awesome for travelling. I might be going to Germany in 2 weeks and will be using the ATM card again over there.
