Back to the US	23/11 - Filed in Sydney CBD office - additional documents requested by case officer 25/11 - Additional documents supplied 26/11 - Permanent residency granted This might be a little misleading as we held off on submitting the application until we had everything. We filed in person at the Sydney CBD office; not sure if that sped it up as well. * Medicals for husband and both boys completed and results back in a week. * My Australian police check was two weeks turnaround. * The statutory declarations were probably the biggest hassle. Asking Australians here to fill them out correctly and provide a copy of their birth certificate or passport seemed a little intrusive to me so that was probably the longest.
