Morayfield, QLD, AU	I know we are all pre-occupied with Christmas and so on, but me....im looking ahead to Superbowl, i have a standing deal with my boss that i work Australia day and always take off Superbowl and usually im in the bag and full of American football cuisine by 11am. My missus makes awesome buffalo wings (which i should really post up the recipe for they are incredible) American chili dogs (something which i should also post.....so close to the real thing), pretzels and beer of course. i don't care who plays its my personal independence day, so what are everyone elses plans?

This year, I am thinking of going to the big new sports theater and bar atStar City Casino Star City Casino...any Sydney Siders wanna come along? I love me some gambling! I love me some gambling! I, too, hope to mosey on down to Carbon Sports Bar at Burswood Casino, and while I'm there will probably donate a few coins to the Packer Empire. Though last time we were there I got a free $19.95 dinner @ Carvers and walked away $250 richer, that doesn't happen often!
