Sad Story to hear and kind of hurts considering that the brother had to watch her sister get eaten. I am wondering about our salties are there too many? http://news.ninemsn.com.au/world/1010068/large-alligator-kills-girl-in-brazil |

A friend of mine is a Leading Seaman (Female) aboard HMAS LARRAKEAH (ARMIDLAE CLASS Patrol Boat) She once saw a Saltie alongside the ship, it was aorund 25 meteres long (and Armidale is 52 metres) She stook one look at the skipper and saod "Boss, idf I ever have to go in the water for chirssakes close up main armament!"

25 meters = 82 feet I seriously doubt that there is a croc that size |

Wikipedia & other sources put the largest saltwater croc found at around 7 meters (23 feet). 23 feet OR meters, I wouldn't want to come across one of either size! |
