Your timeline is amazing! Would love to be able to have the same result. Need to know your secrets!! I'm planning on applying in December of this year, would love to make it back to Australia for my partner's sister's wedding in March 2011...

Frontloaded? Including full Medical? Including the dreaded Form 80??

(Is this an OK posting place to ask this question??...this is my first post!!)

Thanks for letting me know!!

He might have, I emailed to change my phone number and got an out of office reply, I just wished he had finished up my application before heading out :P

Hello! Yes, my application was indeed front loaded including the full medical and form 80. The only thing that was not included was the FBI check but as soon as he got it from Washington, the next day it was approved! He did comment on how fast my FBI check was processed (I had contacted my local/state congressman (to help with expediting it but don't know if that was the reason for its speedy process!).

I was very thorough in the application supporting materials, I am a teacher so by nature I think I wanted to have everything organized with lots of photos, emails, traveling docs, bills, shopping receipts, bank accounts highlighted to show how we helped each other out with shopping, living expenses and to show dates correspond on each others bank accounts to our location etc all to prove our relationship! I also had 2 previous student visas to australia that were approved years before so no complications. We also had around 8 statutory declarations from friends and family from NY and in Australia, with theirs being notarized and then including their copy of their passport page photo notarized attached to the declaration.

Ok hope that helps! Any questions let me know!
