What's so great about Yankee candles? I mean, they're just candles right?

they have tons of awesome scents, and unlike other scented candles they actually put off a scent you can really smell! plus they burn for quite a while too:) i think i place an order in november, I love having them burning at christmas time:)

I'm looking forward to the Christmas ones as well. Maybe they'll get in 'mistletoe' for the holiday season. I'm planning on stopping in to check out the store this week (it's just about on my way to work). I'll ask about the holiday scents and mistletoe... I'm hoping they have loads of the pine scented ones. I'll miss having a real tree!

Yankee Candles are great because they actually smell like what they're meant to and they have some great scents. And they DO burn forever and really put off a great smell. One little votive can make my whole place smell yummy (Sugar Cookies, anyone?).

I bought some of their sugar cookie tarts to use in my tart burner one time .... My husband told me I couldn't burn that scent anymore because it made him want sweets so bad. He ended up going out and getting a brownie sundae!! Haha

I thought for the last year that I have lived here that they did not sell YC here. I was so bummed & trying to get by with Dusk, but they are just not the same. I picked up some candles on sales back in July when I was visiting my parents in California and brought them back with me. Today I just found out they sell them here online! I am so excited (but no so excited about the price, making Dusk seem not so bad now...lol)

Hi hopefully I'm in the right section for a question about Yankee Candles. I'm in Perth and a few months ago came across a Yankee Candle shop at the Marina. Unfortunately it suddenly closed and a "for lease" sign is now on the window, even though the shop is full of stock. I've checked out the sites for Yankee Candles and have since ordered some...but does anyone know if there is another shop in Perth that supplies them? It's hard to smell them on line. :)
Thanks
