Sydney	Does anyone have advice on how to find good family doctors, orthodontists, dentists, etc., in the Sydney area? We have private insurance and once we get PR will be able to supplement that with Medicare. Ideas on how to navigate?

Canberra, ACT, Australia, Earth, The Milky Way	Well.. I found mine in the phone book. I needed to find one close by where we lived and my work. You can also try to ask around.

Gold Coast QLD I'm planning to move to... nowhere I am happy to be a banana bender	We found our doctor by asking friends at church who they recommend... We get our dental work done at the local university!

Surry Hills, NSW	We received recommendations from friends - our dentist is out in Burwood, and GPs are in North Sydney. We go to a Physiotherapist from time to time in North Sydney as well that I'd recommend if you're interested. We don't have children, though - so a family doc hasn't necessarily been a requirement.
