Are any of you ladies having problems finding shoes in your size? I just went to a giant mall in Parramatta and could not find shoes in my size! .. I'm size 6 1/2-7, which is on the small end of average in the USA... but here I can't find anything smaller than an 8! any shoe shop suggestions that cater to smaller feet? |

My feet are the same size as yours, but can't say I've had any trouble finding shoes in my size (style, however, is another matter!). I usually shop at K-Mart, Target, & Big W. Have you tried any of those places? Do they still have Payless Shoes down there? |

checked Kmart.. no luck. There is a payless, but if it's anything like the states, I refuse to go there. They kill my feet. |

When you are shopping for shoes, depending on the brand, are you looking at the US sizes? Many brands here use AU/UK sizes, which then need to be converted into US size. Check out this link for clarification if needed... http://www.lingeriedomain.com/webcontent13.htm I haven't had any problem finding my size here in Sydney and I am a 7US. I do get confused though sometimes with what size I am at the store :P |

I find plenty here in Perth that are 6&1/2 and 7, but it's VERY hard to find wide widths, unless I go into the CBD.

I have the same size feet as yours and have never had a problem finding shoes!! I buy them all the time.... I generally shop in the CBD or Chatswood. Most of the shoes I have bought here are "american sized 6-1/2's", however there have been a few times where I have found the sizing to be european and in those I generally take a 36 or 37. |
