I just finished them. They're about an 8/10 for me. Maybe after the icing sits and hardens a bit. Of course, the cocoa isn't dutch processed and the chocolate I used was dark chocolate- I couldn't find any that indicated "bittersweet" but I would assume they're similar. I want to try the other one's with the cream cheese- they look like brownie cheesecake muffins. I have been reading her blog for 2 days though. She has some really great recipes in there. |

i dont mind her cooking, in fact she can cook all the time because its something i really detest doing... but she never cleans up after herself and uses twice as many dishes as i do for the same thing... |
